If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue in a positive and timely manner.

Order Cancellation Fees: 

For orders canceled due to buyer circumstances, and refunds or changes made after 12 hours of placing the order, a 5% refund fee will be charged. This is because PayPal and credit card payment providers do not return the settlement fee to us when we refund the money to you. If the cancellation request is made within 12 hours, no fee will be charged.

Refund Amount in Your Currency: 

All orders are processed in US Dollars. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, you may receive a different amount in your currency than when you originally paid.

Return Policy: 

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer circumstances. If the item is damaged, lost during shipping, or has defects, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Once the return is completed, a full refund will be issued.

Return Conditions:

 For items in "Brand New" condition, they must be returned in their original new condition. Damaged or scratched items will not be accepted for return. All product packaging (manuals, tags, etc.) must be returned with the item. For items returned to Japan, if any damage, scratches, or missing manuals and tags are found, a depreciation fee of 20% to 50% may be charged based on the actual condition.
