Before Order

1.I would like to know the shipping cost.

When you add items to your cart, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost. We offer free shipping to over 50 countries and regions. Whether there is a shipping fee will be based on what the system displays.

2.How long does it take from order to shipment?

  Typically, we ship within 3-5 business days. DHL's global shipping time is usually about one week, so from the day you place your order, you can expect to receive your goods in approximately 12 days.

3.Where can I find the product specifications?

 

On each product series introduction page, we usually display the specifications of all models in the series in a table format. If the specification table does not answer your question, please click 'Contact Us' at the bottom of the page and leave us a message. We typically respond within 7 hours.

 

4.Are customs duties included in my order? 

Customs clearance fees are not included; we only charge for the product price and shipping costs (if applicable).

 

5.What shipping methods are available? 

For fishing rods, reels, and accessories valued over $100, we usually ship worldwide via DHL Express International. If you have a specific request to ship via Japan Post EMS, please contact us to let us know your preference. For small accessories valued under $100, such as fishing lines and lures, we ship via Japan Post Air Mail. Please note that Air Mail usually requires a longer shipping time 

 

6.Can I use a nickname as my recipient name? 

Due to the strict requirements for customs clearance in international shipping, if the recipient's name or address is not accurate or real, it may cause unnecessary issues during customs processing. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use the correct name and address for your shipping information.

 

7.Where can I check messages and inquiries from the store? 

  Please contact our staff by clicking on the "Start Chat" icon in the lower right corner.

After Order

1. I purchased the wrong product.

 

  Changes made after inventory is secured may incur a fee.

Please contact us via chat as soon as possible.

 

2. Is there a fee for cancellations or product changes? 

If the system does not yet show a 'shipped' status, please contact us as soon as possible via email or chat to cancel the order or change the model. If the system already shows that the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it for you.

3.Can I add items to my order after purchase? 

   Of course you are welcome.

4.Can I change my address? 

Please let us know as soon as possible via chat or E-mail. 

 

5.I placed two orders, can you ship them together?. 

Yes, it is possible.

If there is no request from the customer, the order will be shipped as is.

 

6.Is there any possibility that a rod may be broken during transport? 

We package most fishing rods in sturdy hard square or cylindrical paper tubes. However, there is still a slight possibility of damage during shipping, though the likelihood is very low. We are constantly working to minimize this risk. If you have any special requests, please contact us.
